Weighted Hula Hoop

Gets you moving. I bought this cause I kept seeing this on tiktok & things & was like, "I want to try this to see of it works". So I bought it & was pleasantly surprised how lightweight the clips was, very easy & functional to use. Depending on where you place it one link can make a big difference in being too big or too small. As the weighted ball goes around & the sand or whatever is in it & if you are doing it correctly can be a little noisy I think, but since I focused so much on technique I can tone the sound out. I don't know if I have to oil it or not but after 2 or 3 uses when I took the ball out it had some kind of white substance on it unsure of why but not a big ordeal. It glides around smoothly & a good build. I lost 2inch in my waist using every day for 20min a day.

Love it! Not only is this a great workout but it's fun! It took a minute to find the right length for me for the weighted ball but I just pushed it out all the way and slowly pulled it in trying it each time until I found my groove. In no time I had it whipping around me. After a few minutes I was sweating and could tell I'm using a bunch of muscles (legs, abs, back, etc). I was prepared for it to be really loud since every review I've ever read about these said it was really loud. While it did make a louder noise, I didn't think it was too loud. I just turned the TV up a little bit more and I was good to go. The weighted ball moved around smoothly without catching on the rings/clips. I did find I needed to push the hoop down onto my hips as it was too lose on my waist (but if I went down a clip size it was too tight) but this didn't seem to effect how it worked or the workout I felt I was getting and it stayed on my hips just fine (no sliding up to my waist). This set came with a lot more than I was expecting too. It comes with the sweat wrap (which I tired and does make you sweat more), a mesh garment bag to wash the wrap in a machine, and a tape measure to help you see the inches come off. I don't plan on using the tape measure much but it's nice to have. Would definitely recommend especially if you struggle with being motivated to work out...or just hate working out.

Fun, noisy but fun! Got this for my sister and I for our workouts. It looked like something fun to try out. Very simple to put together even without instructions and easy to take apart. The belt that come with it makes sure the hoop does not move or slip from where you put it. It's very noisy so if you're looking for something quiet this ain't it. Definitely worth the money though, great deal for all the pieces and you get a travel bag for it perfect for storage.
