Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Standard Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and original packaging (including any protective film, accessories, manuals, and gift items included in the box).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Note: Items returned with signs of wear, missing components, or without original packaging may be partially refunded or declined per our inspection.
2) How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email us at support@greenestessentials.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if there’s a defect/damage.
- Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship within 7 calendar days of receiving your RMA.
Important: Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

3) Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect item: We cover return shipping or send a prepaid label.
- Change of mind/size/color dislike: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method; lost returns cannot be refunded.
4) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@greenestessentials.com. We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement, repair, or refund).
5) Seasonal & Holiday Extensions
To help with seasonal gifting and time-sensitive costumes:
Halloween Items
Orders placed between September 15 – October 24, 2025 are eligible for return until November 5, 2025, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including all accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Defective-item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after inspection.
Orders placed on or after October 25, 2025 will be considered Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund (except for defective or damaged items upon arrival).
Year-End Holidays
Orders placed between October 1 – December 24 may be returned through January 15 of the following year if unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Extended windows apply to returns only (not exchanges) and exclude used or customized items.
6) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless defective on arrival):

Personalized/custom items (including custom images/text uploaded to programmable products)
- Gift cards
- Digital goods

Final sale/clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”)

Used wearable items (e.g., masks/accessories showing wear, makeup, sweat, odor)
- Hazardous materials/flammable liquids or gases (if applicable)
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email support@greenestessentials.com before opening/using it.
7) Exchanges
Want a different color or style? The fastest method is to:
- submit a return for a refund, and
- place a new order for the desired item.
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, we can process a direct exchange upon request.
8) Bundles, BOGOs, and Promotions

Bundle or BOGO deals: All items from a promotional bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund.
- If a free gift or promotional bonus is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
- Returning part of a multi-item discount may prorate the refund to reflect the original promo terms.
9) Refunds
- We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days of delivery to our facility).
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t seen the credit, contact us at support@greenestessentials.com.
Partial Refunds / Restocking:
Returns missing parts, showing wear, or not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking deduction (up to 20%) or refused at our discretion.
10) Late, Lost, or Refused Deliveries

Undeliverable/Refused packages returned to us may incur a reship fee or a return shipping deduction from the refund.
- Lost-in-transit orders: contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will open a claim and assist with replacement or refund per carrier results.
11) EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel/return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact support@greenestessentials.com to initiate.
12) Warranty (if applicable)
Some products may include a limited 30-day functional warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
