The bottle is shaped like a pill and has itty bitty legs to leave the bottle to stand in horizontal form. The cap of the bottle you just have to close right n tight with little pressure and bottle won’t drip if have cap closed tight correctly

Great if you’re forgetful. I bought this water bottle because I often forget my medication in the morning. It’s very handy to just fill the weekly pills and then leave it in my car. Especially when it’s cold outside. I just leave it in the cupholder in my car and then that way I just have them when I leave in the morning. Very useful and it doesn’t leak! And the pill containers are a little deeper so you can get quite a few in there.

You won’t forget your medicine nor water ! Perfect. My mother always had to take her medicine but would forget because she would need water and wonder into other things along the way I got her this and she absolutely loves it she doesn’t leave without it. She has been taking her medicine everyday on time. I even purchased a second for my niece they are awesom
