Portable Pilates Bar

Easy assembly, fast start! This Pilates bar was incredibly easy to set up! The bar comes in 3 pieces and all you have to do is screw the pieces together. I started using it about 5 minutes after removing it from the box. I use it to get a good workout in the mornings before I start my day. The bands provide enough resistance to really feel like you’re getting a good burn and working your muscles. I highly suggest using the workout guide/ebook that comes with it to get a better understanding on workouts that are best for you.

With the gyms still closed, I had a hard time working out. This Pilates bar is perfect for body weight work outs, and is so compact when folded. Can’t wait to take my ‘after’ pictures in a few weeks of consistently using this.

Upper body, lower body and full body workouts all in one! GREAT BUY! Fantastic for a full body workout. You can do a good light workout or kick it up a notch for more intensity. I use it for upper body and lower body. There are resistance bands and you can turn the bar to tighten up the bands for more resistance which is a plus! It still gives you a nice workout that works out different muscle groups. Great instruction included with the bar but you can look up even more online. Super happy with this purchase and always great to add more variety to your workouts!
