Walking is better. I have previously purchased this product. They help me, but certainly don't cure the problem. I have neuropathy in my feet that was caused from a compressed disc between C4 and 5 a few years back. I had surgery; it took away the pain in my shoulder but left me pain in my feet. I have been wearing the insoles for about 6 months now. I have them in all the shoes I wear. I don't leave home without them in. However, they don't work for everybody. I referred a friend, and he said they did not help him at all. The price is not bad at all so giving them a try is certainly worth it. They have helped me. By the way, the magnets will dislodge from the insole from time to time. Just push um back in and your ready to go.

I Thought These Were A Joke! I have neuropathy really bad in both feet. The numbness and the tingling is horrible especially first thing in the morning. I thought these insoles were a joke. I figured I better try and see what happens. These insoles are awesome. I have them all my shoes, slippers, boots, sneakers. No more numbness and tingling in the balls of my feet or my toes. Just try them.. you won't believe it

I will be buying more -- they work. I have neuropathy in my right foot following knee replacement surgery. Now it is getting colder I tried wearing shoes with socks and could barely walk by the end of the day. I realized my sandals had a hard bottom with bumps. These insoles made it possible to wear regular shoes this winter. I will be buying more pairs.
