My best gadget ever! I have tried a million different tools and gadgets for help in opening jars of all sizes, and each one had its own issues! Finally, someone has invented the perfect jar opener that is simple and requires no space in your kitchen drawers or counters. There was one person who suggested placing the opener with the sharp end of the "V" closest to you and with it placed in the front, right corner under your cabinet. I followed those directions and it works perfectly and easily. I have already placed an order for another one for a gift or my sister.

You might now know it, but you WANT this! Though I admit to being a senior citizen, I don't think of myself as old by any means. I can still open a jar with no problem. I bought this for my father-in-law and after we put it up, I fell in love with this thing and ordered myself one. It's so easy to use it's crazy. I put it under an overhead cabinet and he slides a jar in with both hands and the lid pops right off no matter how hard it's stuck on. And no, I don't work for the company or own stock in it. It's just that with all the junk you can order off the internet it's refreshing to get something that actually works exactly as advertised.

Deserves high ratings! This was so easy to install with the sticky back to position and hold it up! Took less than 3 minutes, and no drill needed for our cabinets. The drop on the front cabinet is 1 3/4"; at eye level (photo on left) you cannot see the opener at all, plus it fits between my undercounter lights (right). Very pleased as it is much easier & faster to use than finding a rubber gripper buried in the drawer.
