Serviceable wireless vertical mouse, but occasionally awkward to use. This mouse is pretty specifically a mouse for FPS games, and it’s decent enough for that particular purpose. The pistol style grip w/ trigger style buttons looks cool, but that fades pretty fast as a consideration after you use this for a few hours. The quirks of this design makes adjustments in vertical aim more tiring than they really need to be since that movement needs to be done from the elbow and shoulder rather than the wrist. Horizontal aim is actually better, it makes it easier to consistently track/lead targets.

Improves the FPS Experience. I was looking for a vertical mouse and was intrigued by this one. Thought it would be interesting to try with Left 4 Dead 2, which I play nightly. I picked up this vertical mouse out of curiosity, mostly to try it with Left 4 Dead 2, and while the packaging was premium and setup was easy, the overall experience is mixed at best. It feels decent in the hand and the rumble and metal trigger are interesting touches, but the mouse is too light, the scroll wheel is stiff and hard to click, and the side button misfires frequently and can’t be reassigned. DPI isn’t adjustable, and the tracking randomly fails depending on the surface, occasionally sending the camera straight to the ground. It’s awkward for anything outside of FPS games, and I had to rearrange my desk just to use it properly. Fun as a novelty, but not something I’d seriously recommend unless you just want to mess around
