Back Posture Corrector

It really works and my back is thankful for that! My posture during this whole Covid-19 epidemic has really gone to the dogs. I find myself slouching and not sitting up straight especially when sitting at the computer. It got to the point that my back was hurting me so much that I had to lay on a flat surface to try and get it to relax. I had gone to a chiropractor a few times before everything shut down, but I really needed something that I could use when I needed it. I found this product and decided to take a chance. I didn't have much hope but for the price it was something I was willing to try. I also didn't think it would be easy to put on or adjust. I was wrong on both accounts. It works great. I was surprised how easy it was to put on and to adjust. I do think you need to be careful not to torque it too much at least until you get used to it. You can't fix poor posture in a day so take it easy on yourself. I will also tell you to only wear it for a few minutes a day. I wear it for about 20-30 minutes a day. It may not feel like it's working, but once you remove it you're body will tell you that it's try to get in alignment. I have had it for about 4 days and it works great, I can really tell that it's helping my body to not slouch and my back is happy about that. Really glad I made this purchase.

Pretty good. So far it seems pretty good. Even when putting it on for a brief time you can feel it help. I like that it tells you how to go about slowly working up to time of wearing it. I believe that will help it out a bit with getting more used to it. Only thing I wish is that it had somewhat less bulky straps, but I'm sure they need to be like that for it to work well.

Good Support. It was very painful to wear this for the last several days but feeling like support is good given the pain. One mistake that I did was that I wore it too tight the first few days. After going through the instructions again, I loosened it a bit and it was fine. I have not gone back to the original tight setting yet but hope to do that after a month of wearing this
