Title
These specially engineered silicone chew pads will strengthen and tone your facial muscles by resistance and repetition which in turn, alters the facial profile and lines. Talking and chewing naturally use the same muscles repeatedly, and activities such as blowing bubbles or balloons tire the cheek muscles easily. The chew pads strengthen unused muscles such as these, plus others, making certain muscles in the jaw, cheek and neck more prominent and defined. A convenient storage tub helps keep your chew pads more hygienic and out of sight, being small and compact enough to fit in your bag on the go. Effects range from looking fitter/more muscular, enhanced natural lines, older/more mature for younger users, over/under bite assistance, fuller facial profile, help with stuttering/certain speech impediments etc. when used for the recommended 5 minute minimum per day.

Get the smaller one, Even grown men READ THE DIRECTIONS. As you can see like lots of other I didn’t follow the directions the first time I tried fitting it. I put it in upside down and hat to refit it. That being said now that it’s been fit properly it works as advertised. I’ve had mine for 13 days and can definitely feel a difference in my face. After a recent back surgery Physical fitness, by choice or force, is now a large part of my life. Until I found this I’d never heard of a “facial exerciser” besides talking and laughing. I purchased this with great skepticism which I’m happy to say was met with results. My only issue is that I bought the wrong one taking the suggestion of the Q&A section I underestimated the current strength of my jaw. As a 6’3” male in decent shape I should have started with at least the level 2 “pink.” I think the smaller one would be more comfortable as well. I certainly should have read directions, like most others from the sounds of it.
